Typical loan sizes range from $150,000 to $20,000,000 depending on asset and structure. All loans are business-purpose only. We do not arrange owner-occupied or consumer residential mortgages.

We are active in states where business-purpose lending may be arranged without a residential mortgage broker license, including: AK, AR, CO, CT, DC, DE, FL, GA, HI, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, MA, MD, ME, MS, MO, MT, NE, NH, NM, NC, OH, OK, PA, RI, SC, TN, TX, and WY. All loans arranged through Bancaverse are strictly for commercial or investment use and are not available for consumer, personal, or owner-occupied residential purposes. Availability may vary based on property type, transaction structure, and applicable state regulations.
