- Quote or represent loan rates, fees, or terms on behalf of Bancaverse.
- Set borrower expectations on approval likelihood or timeline.
- Participate in any part of the borrower onboarding process.
- Collect, handle, or transmit borrower financial documents.
- Represent yourself as an employee, agent, or loan officer of Bancaverse.
- Steer a borrower toward a specific loan product or lender.
- Negotiate deal structure with a borrower on Bancaverse’s behalf.
- Receive compensation directly from the borrower.
