A voracious learner and accomplished visual artist whose creative journey began more than thirty years ago at Disney, Carlos believes innovation happens where experience meets curiosity. Equally comfortable discussing commercial real estate, artificial intelligence, coding, branding, or visual communication, he approaches every challenge through both analytical thinking and creative problem solving. That multidisciplinary perspective has shaped Bancaverse into a company where technology strengthens human judgment instead of replacing it.

Fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, Carlos leads Bancaverse with a singular mission: building a new system for private credit and helping capital move with greater intelligence, transparency, and trust.

Together with Co-Founder Felipe Castillo, Founder of Belkat Development, Carlos has built Bancaverse on a shared foundation of integrity, disciplined execution, and long term relationships. Felipe’s expertise in commercial development, architecture, zoning, and project feasibility complements Carlos’ background in private credit, marketing, and agentic systems, creating a rare combination of capabilities that delivers equal value to borrowers, private lenders, institutional investors, and family offices.
