His career has spanned every stage of development, from site selection and due diligence through zoning, entitlements, design coordination, construction, and project execution.

As Founder of Belkat Development, Felipe continues to advise investors, and landowners on creating projects that balance financial performance with thoughtful design and long term community value. His experience evaluating projects from both a developer’s and an investor’s perspective provides Bancaverse with a level of real estate insight rarely found within traditional private credit platforms.
